What a month! After a changeable March, April seemed to fly by. Here’s a recap of the April Photo Challenge 2020 with some of my favourite shots from everyone who took part in #mummyphotoaday.
There were so many lovely images — beautiful spring scenes and warm family moments. Thank you to everyone who tagged their photos; here are a few favourites.
I love Sarah’s photos at @happinessisasunbeam. This one was taken on the West Highland Way — they always have brilliant family adventures filled with outdoor fun (and apparently a fair bit of gin).
@_lisaslife_ shared a colourful painting that’s a perfect lockdown unwind; I adore the rainbow of colours.
@adventuresstartathome posts great family photos from Essex. Their outdoor, playful shots are lovely, and this Easter-themed image made me smile.
@twoboys_alittlelady_andababy sent a delightful toy rainbow — such a bright, playful photo full of family fun.
@confessionsofacrummymummy captured an adorable new baby. What a sweet addition to their family of four; I loved the rainbow detail in the little squares.
Our regular challenger from California, @socalshopgirl384, always makes me dream of sunny days. Tanya’s big-family photos are full of smiles and joyful moments.
New to the challenge, @van_life_family_ share life in their campervan. This picture shows them glamping in the garden — a brilliant lockdown idea.
Also new, @norfolk_kinsfolk create amazing bakes. A family of nine who are always making something vibrant — that fudge looks delicious.
Finally, @sahrazade’s creativity always shines through. She adds little extras to her photos and this one is no exception. Sara’s family shots are full of fun, both indoors and outdoors.
