I love Zoflora and have been a fan for years. My most popular post is about using Zoflora in a steam mop, so I thought I’d share another simple cleaning hack. It’s a versatile product that makes keeping the house fresh and clean easy, and the new Springtime fragrance is perfect for this season.
You can dilute Zoflora to make your own trigger spray around the home — I only discovered this recently and it’s ideal for when we’re cleaning more often. Even diluted, Zoflora still kills bacteria as long as you use the right ratio.
Making a Zoflora trigger spray is simple. Start with a clean, empty trigger spray bottle — you can reuse an old one as long as it’s rinsed of any residue. Add 20 ml of Zoflora (about a capful) to the bottle, then fill the rest with water. Give it a quick shake and it’s ready to use. A 500 ml bottle of Zoflora will refill this spray many times and should last through spring. In my experience, with a couple of cleanings a day, one bottle lasts about a week.
I spray the diluted Zoflora onto a clean microfibre cloth and wipe high-touch areas: hand controls, phones, door and window handles, tables, and kitchen worktops. Even diluted, it acts as an antibacterial spray, so a little goes a long way.
I’ve shared a short how-to in my Instagram Stories and saved it as a Zoflora highlight if you want to watch the steps. If you have any tips or your own Zoflora cleaning hacks, I’d love to hear them on social media: @mummyconstant.
Happy cleaning!
